This bathroom was one of ‘those’ jobs! We didn’t know how bad things were until we got the old one out…

After a bit of tender loving care we are halfway through at this point

Older houses often have cracks in the ceilings. In this next snap Carl repairs a living room ceiling with a thin layer of bonding coat followed by a skim. We managed to save all the original features!

The floor in this older property had dropped by a good inch. When we opened it up the joist ends had rotted away.

New joists were fitted.
